Pepi City: Hospital Life

What happens inside a hospital when you can decide who becomes the doctor, who needs treatment, and what happens next? Pepi City: Hospital Life is an interactive role-playing game where players create their own stories using characters, medical equipment, and different locations. You can work as a doctor, become a patient, or explore the hospital without following a specific objective. The game has no predetermined storyline. Instead, you invent situations and decide how the characters interact with their surroundings.

Exploring the Hospital

The hospital contains several floors with rooms dedicated to different medical activities. You can visit examination areas, an operating room, a pharmacy, and other facilities. Each location contains interactive objects that characters can use. For example, you can place a patient on an examination table, perform an X-ray, or measure blood pressure. An ambulance also brings new patients to the hospital, providing opportunities to create different medical situations.

Taking Care of Patients and Babies

Pepi City: Hospital Life allows you to experiment with medical procedures without following complicated instructions. The characters can be moved between rooms, and objects respond when you tap or drag them.

The main gameplay activities include:

  •         Examining patients using medical equipment.
  •         Performing X-ray scans and checking blood pressure.
  •         Visiting the dentist and using the examination chair.
  •         Caring for newborn babies and weighing them.
  •         Helping patients with physical therapy exercises.
  •         Exploring the pharmacy and other hospital facilities.
  •         Interacting with Pepi Bot, a robotic medical assistant.

Creating Characters and Your Own Stories

Beyond the hospital, Pepi City includes additional locations such as a house and a baby shop. You can create custom avatars, change their outfits, and organize activities involving families, friends, and medical workers. These locations allow stories to continue outside the hospital. For example, a family might prepare for a baby’s arrival before visiting the maternity department.

The game does not contain traditional levels, experience points, or mandatory missions. Progress depends entirely on your imagination and the activities you choose. There are no required diagnoses or time limits for treating patients. You can experiment with medical tools, rearrange characters, and develop different scenarios during each session. The main objective is to explore the available locations and create stories about everyday life, healthcare, and relationships.
