We are used to thinking about delivery as something self-explanatory and self-sustaining – like rain, or snow, or bills. But actually delivering stuff is not the easiest job on earth. You are bound by strict schedule and you can’t afford to break it. Customers are waiting for their packages, and they should be delivered right on time, even if there are traffic jams, or the weather is not very driving-friendly, and regardless of dozens of other circumstances that might complicate your work.
