Silent Burial is a psychological horror game that takes place in an abandoned house filled with unsettling details. The protagonist, David, arrives on a rainy night, only to find the house disturbingly quiet. Dust covers the furniture, objects seem to move when he isn’t looking, and outside, a freshly dug grave waits in the darkness. Strange whispers echo through the halls, leading him deeper into a mystery he cannot escape. Each room holds a new clue, revealing fragments of a past that feels both distant and hauntingly familiar.
As David explores, the house begins to distort his perception. What once felt familiar now seems foreign, with shadows stretching unnaturally and doors opening to places they shouldn’t. The silence is broken by sudden noises—footsteps, distant whispers, the sound of something shifting behind him. The deeper he searches, the more the house reveals, forcing him to confront a past that he may not be ready to remember. Every discovery pulls him closer to an unsettling truth buried within the walls of the house.
Silent Burial relies on environmental storytelling, using sound, lighting, and small details to build tension. There are no cutscenes—just exploration and discovery, where every sound and movement could be a clue or a warning. Psychological horror elements distort the player’s sense of reality, making it unclear what is real and what is part of David’s unraveling mind. The game encourages players to search every corner, uncover hidden messages, and piece together the events that led to this eerie night.
