Night Knocks

In Night Knocks, the horror begins where you least expect it—inside your new apartment. At first, everything seems quiet, maybe even boring. But as the night sets in, persistent knocking sounds interrupt the silence, and your surroundings begin to shift in ways that are hard to explain. You’re not being chased, and nothing jumps out—but the tension rises steadily with every small interaction, making everyday objects feel unfamiliar. The apartment becomes less of a home and more of a question you can’t fully answer.

Minimal Mechanics, Maximum Pressure

The gameplay is straightforward: walk, interact, observe. You’ll use WASD to move and E to engage with the environment, whether that’s cooking a quick meal or responding to strange cues from behind the walls. There’s no combat or escape sequence—just choices. Each decision you make nudges the outcome toward one of three endings, and while only one leads to clarity, all of them reflect how deeply you explore the experience. The game uses this structure to reward careful attention and punish passive behavior.

Uncertainty in Every Corner

Night Knocks doesn’t rely on loud horror—it builds dread through silence and suggestion. The fear comes from what isn’t said, what isn’t shown, and what’s just barely noticeable out of the corner of your eye. Short and focused, the 10–15 minute playtime is enough to deliver a complete, unsettling narrative. By the time you reach one of the endings, you may find yourself rethinking what you missed—and whether the knocking ever really stopped at all.
